As a fresh-faced, ambitious 21-year-old medical student, entrepreneur Dr Sam Prince recognised that Australia lacked a choice for healthy, fresh Mexican cuisine. In 2005, whilst still studying, he opened his first Zambrero restaurant in his hometown of Braddon, Canberra.
13 years later, the Zambrero chain now boasts 8 stores nation-wide in New Zealand with more planned.
The Zambrero model is different in that no on-site cooking is required - and hence no expensive Chefs or kitchen staff!
The food products are cooked "Sous Vide' off site and delivered to the stores where they are simply re-heated and served.
The Oteha Valley store is well located in a busy hub of shops with a booming residential base nearby.
The store presents in fantastic condition and is fully licensed to help capitalise on the brisk evening trade.Amazing lease with very modest rentalAverage weekly sales of $8,279.00 including gstExcellent returns to a working ownerGreat chattels and fit-outSeldom available franchise business
