A 1680 sq m building housing seven individual industrial tenancies on a 2733 sq m freehold site at 2 Glenview Rd, Glen Eden, has been sold for $2.75 million plus GST by Jonathan Lynch, Deborah Dowling and Brad Visser of Colliers International.
Restaurant sells post auction
A 403 sq m fully licensed restaurant and bar with 18 gaming machines and 27 car parks at 20 Link Drive, Wairau Valley, hassold post auction as an investment property for $2,250,000 at a 7.1 per cent yield through Adam Watton and Michael Block of Bayleys North Shore Commercial. It is occupied by the Mad Dogs and Englishmen pub on a lease with a final expiry of October 2021 and is one of six properties to sell after Bayleys’ Total Property December portfolio auction in Auckland bringing total sales to 26 out of 37 offerings. Bayleys’ first Total Property auction for 2016 will be on April 13, with listings for the portfolio closing off on February 26.
Henderson Concourse sale
Meir Alfassi of Harveys Elysium Realty, Te Atatu, has sold to an owner occupier for $1.2 million a 631 sq m office building occupying a fully fenced site of 962 sq m at 23 The Concourse, Henderson.
Wairau Valley industrial
A road frontage 2634 sq m industrial building at 62-64A Diana Dr, Wairau Valley, has been sold to a local owner occupier for $4.15 million by Shoneet Chand and Matt Prentice of Colliers International.
Eden Terrace building
Alan Haydock, Scott Kirk and Phil Haydock of Bayleys Auckland have sold 60 New North Rd, Eden Terrace, via a tender in Bayleys’ Total Property portfolio, for $3,950,000. The 956 sq mthree level building has two levels of office space and basement car parking occupying a Mixed Use zoned 708 sq m corner site. It has a new five year lease on the ground floor to a multinational tenant producing net annual rental income of $142,660 with 504 sq m of vacant space on Level One.
