Wiri industrial site

A 3886sq m freehold level industrial site, security fenced yard with 497sq m of various basic buildings, at 254A Roscommon Rd, Wiri, marketed by Shane Snijder, Nick Bayley and Jamsheed Sidhwa, Bayleys South Auckland, sold for $2,150,000 at $556 per sq m.

High stud in Tauranga

A 1294sq m high-stud industrial building on a 2,730sq m site at 36 Glenlyon Avenue, Tauranga, sold for $1.7m at a 6.5 per cent yield through Brendon and Lynn Bradley, Bayleys Tauranga. Anchor tenant Fletcher Building occupies the larger front 981sq m unit with a landscape business in the smaller rear 313sq m unit.

Flat Bush bare land

A bare land site of 1386sq m at 201 Murphys Rd, Flat Bush, has sold for $1,950,000 at $1407 per sq m through Dave Stanley of Bayleys South Auckland. Its Neighbourhood Centre zoning allows for three-level buildings, with retail on the ground floor and residential above.

Te Awamutu roadfront

A 410sq m building on a 653 sq m roadfront site at 355 Rickit Road, Te Awamutu, sold at the Bayleys Total Property Hamilton auction for $760,000 at a 7.4 per cent yield through Alex ten Hove and Mike Swanson, Bayleys Waikato. It is fully leased to two established electrical tenants.

Papamoa freehold commercial.

A 4899sq m freehold commercial land development site at 16 Ashley Place, Papamoa, has sold on the market for $1,349,000. The deal was brokered by Rob Schoeser and Richard Davidson of Colliers International.

Off market on Kapiti Coast

A 5010sq m industrial/land development site at 28 Birmingham St, Kapiti Coast, has sold off the market for $1.2m. The deal was brokered by Dean Anderson of Colliers International.

Sold at auction in Wanaka

A 1524sq m industrial site/investment at 23A&B Gordon Rd, Wanaka, sold at auction for $1,022,000, representing a yield of 6.03 per cent. The deal was brokered by Mark Simpson and Tim Thomas of Colliers International.
