A 2230sq m warehouse plus 460sq m of offices, on a 4768sq m site at 5 Venture Place, Middleton, Christchurch, sold vacant for $4,050,000 through Stewart White, Alex White and Nick O’Styke, of Bayleys Christchurch.
A 700sq m two-level office building on an 897sq m Mixed Use zoned corner site at 43 Taharoto Rd, Takapuna, has sold for $4.1m at a 5.33 per cent yield through Adam Watton, Adam Curtis and Eddie Zhong, Bayleys North Shore Commercial. Opposite the Vodafone building, it is occupied by the Waitemata District Health Board and TRG Imaging.
Jervois Rd station
A BP branded petrol station on a 550sq m unit title at 47 Jervois Rd, Auckland, has sold on the market for $2,825,000. The deal was brokered by David Palmer and John Davies of Colliers International, representing a yield of 4.6 per cent.
Petone retail site
A 2130sq m site 10 Te Puni St in Petone West’s bulk retail precinct with a 1503sq m high-stud industrial building sold at auction for $2,394,000, representing a 6.1 per cent yield, through Bayleys’ Matt Gibbs and Fraser Press. It is leased to three tenants with expiry dates from 2018-2020.
A 354sq m freehold two-storey office investment, at 15 Leslie Hills Drive, has sold at auction for $902,500. The deal was brokered by Mark Macauley and Will Franks of Colliers International.
Onehunga bare land
A 493sq m vacant bare land site zoned Mixed Use, with a height limit of 21m, at 4 Newsome St, Onehunga, sold post-auction for $725,000 at $1,470.6 per sq m through Tony Chaudhary, Janak Darji and Amy Weng, Bayleys South Auckland.
Palmerston North building
A 220sq m retail building on a freehold 382sq m property at 360 Albert St, Palmerston North, has been sold at auction for $800,000 by Phil Nevill, Grant Lloyd and Doug Russell of Colliers International, at a yield of 5.5 per cent.
A 1114sq m industrial building on a 3288 sq m site, at 61 Te Okuroa Drive, Papamoa, sold for $2,105,000 at a 6 per cent yield, through Brendon and Lynn Bradley, Bayleys Tauranga. Northpower has taken a two-year leaseback term.
A vacant retail site at 630 Heretaunga St West, Hastings, has sold by negotiation for $975,000. The deal was brokered by Danny Blair of Colliers International.
