A 6735sq m high-quality, freehold logistics and distribution facility with strong tenant covenant at 84 Central Park Dr, Henderson, has sold by deadline private treaty for $9.2m representing a yield of 5.1 per cent. The deal was brokered by Andrew Hooper and Dwayne Warby of Colliers International.
A 2782sq m Mixed Use zoned development site at 18 Westmoreland St, Grey Lynn, sold with vacant possession for $8.5m at $3055 per sq m through Alan Haydock, Bayleys Auckland. It is used as demolition sales yard with a warehouse and office building of about 185 sq m.
A 643sq m commercial office and warehouse at 3D, 33C Falcon St, Parnell, has sold at auction for $2,250,000 in a deal was brokered by John Davies and David Burley of Colliers International.
Three recently completed units in the Orchard Park Retail Hub at 21-25 Corinthian Dr, Albany, were sold for $2,553,000 through Eddie Zhong, Damian Stephen and Michael Block, Bayleys North Shore. Two units of 76sq m and 92sq m sold vacant for $701,000 and $940,000 respectively; while an 81sq m tenanted unit sold for $912,000 at a 5.48 per cent yield.
Grey Lynn industrial
A light industrial property at 36 Mackelvie St, Grey Lynn, sold for $2,316,750, at a yield of 2.59 per cent in deal was brokered by Charlie Oscroft and Kris Ongley of Colliers International.
Little Feet centre
The Little Feet early childcare centre on a 1012sq m site at 73 Aranui Rd, Mt Wellington, operating since 1998 and licensed for 40 children, sold as a freehold going concern for $1,310,000 through Paul Dixon and Kim Hampson, Bayleys Auckland and Tony Chaudhary, Bayleys South Auckland.

A 897sq m north-facing, fully refurbished industrial warehouse at 15 Phillips St Christchurch, has sold at auction for $991,000. The corner building with seven car spaces was brokered by Christian Kellar and Paul Marshall of Colliers International.
