The nine-lot subdivision at 357 East Tamaki Rd, East Tamaki

Big business lot sales

Bayleys Manukau has sold five lots of Business 5 zoned land with existing buildings in a nine-lot subdivision at 357 East Tamaki Road, East Tamaki at a total value of $6.4 million. The highest value transaction was of 4800 sq m Lot 8, bordered by open green space and parks with a north easterly aspect, which was sold by Roy Rudolph for $2,180,000. The 5477 sq m Lot 6, located in the centre of the site also with an existing building, sold to an owner occupier through John Bolton for $1,815,000. Three other lots in the 3.412 ha subdivision being undertaken Gaze Property Partnerships sold under the hammer through Bolton, Simon Andrews and Katie Wu to separate purchasers at a Bayleys Greater Auckland auction for a total value of $2,405,000.


Vacant Swanson land

A total of 16,992 sq m of vacant land zoned Business 6 at 9 North Candia Road, Swanson has sold for $1,850,000 at $109 per sq m through Simon Andrews and Dave Stanley of Bayleys Manukau.


Tuakau retail trio

A 248sq m single level retail premises on a 706 sq m site 14-18 Gorge St, Tuakau, sold for $560,000 at a 7.2 per cent yield at Bayleys Greater Auckland auction through Shane Snijder, of Bayleys Counties. It has three well established tenants: a dairy, fish shop and hairdresser.


NZ Post building

Also going under the hammer at Bayleys Greater Auckland auction was a 230 sq m warehouse and 116 sq m office unit occupied by NZ Post on a renewed lease for three years at 27 Waipareira Avenue, Henderson which sold for $467,500 at a 7.48 per cent yield through Laurie Bell and Mike Adams of Bayleys Auckland.


Albany tilt slab unit

A171 sq m tilt slab industrial unit at 13 Beatrice Tinsley Crescent, Albany,with high stud warehousing plus two levels of office and showroom space and three car parks sold vacant at Bayleys Greater Auckland auction for $416,000 through James Kidd and Matt Mimmack of Bayleys North Shore Commercial.


Manukau older industrial

A 2668 sq m older style industrial building, with low stud warehousing and  cart docks, on a 5733 sq m site at 22 Ryan Place, Manukau, has sold with vacant possession for $2.9 million through Sunil Bhana and Mike Houlker of Bayleys Auckland with Tony Chaudhary of Bayleys Manukau. 


 Mt Wellington warehouse

A vacant 835 sq m industrial building with 436 sq m of warehouse and 239 sq m of office at 13B Gabador Place, Mt Wellington, has sold with vacant possession for $1,750,000 through James Hill of Bayleys Auckland.
