Steele’s industrial sale
CBRE agents Paul Steele and Claus Brewer have sold on behalf of Dormac Properties, a 3400 sq m industrial building on an 8000 sq m site at 72-86 Great South Rd, Takanini, to Depot Investment Ltd for $2.7 million.
Big Wiri land site
Steele also teamed up with CBRE colleague Mark Bramwell to sell 16,000 sq m of freehold land with metalled site improvements at 133 Roscommon Road, Wiri, for $4.2 million.
Park Avenue office
A 948 sq m vacant office building on 831 sq m site at 10 Park Avenue, Otahuhu, was sold for $1,050,000 by Dave Stanley of Bayleys Manukau.
Albany industrial unit
James Kidd, Laurie Burt and Matt Mimmack of Bayleys North Shore have sold for $1.1 million, freehold industrial Unit D at 6 Douglas Alexander Parade, Albany, comprising a 306 sq mwarehouse with 103 sq m of office space and 104 of showroom plus nine car parks.
