Pine Harbour sale by Bayleys

The $22 million sale of Pine Harbour Marina and a big block of adjoining land at 190 Jack Lachlan Drive, Beachlands, to Empire Capital Group headed by Simon Herbert, was negotiated by David Bayley, executive director of Bayleys Real Estate, and Peter Sullivan, of Bayleys Takinini. The sale encompassed the management contract for the 570 berth marina, nine commercial and industrial buildings currently generating annual rental of over $850,000 plus 14.46 ha of land that has a special Mixed Use zoning allowing for medium to high density residential development with a height limit of 18 metres plus additional retail, office and commercial space.  

Newmarket development site

An 842 sq m Mixed Use development site 8 Roxburgh St, Newmarket with an older style two level building producing holding annual income of $87,760 plus GST has sold for $3,750,000 through Scott Kirk and James Were of Bayleys Auckland.

Glen Eden property auctioned

A freehold industrial property consisting of three units totalling 750 sq m on a 1396 sq m site at 11B Waikaukau Rd, Glen Eden, has been sold at auction for $760,000 by Craig Smith, Michael Bray and Dhiru Patel of Colliers International.

Manukau education building

A 537 sq m two-level commercial building with 36 car parks at 8 Puhinui Rd, Manukau, has sold for $1,750,000 at a 7.7 per cent yield through Mark Pittaway of Bayleys Auckland. Featured in Bayleys Total Property portfolio, it has a three-year lease to an education provider from May 2014 with one three-year right of renewal.

A 463 sq m office and warehouse at 515 Rosebank Rd, Avondale, has been sold with vacant possession for $951,000 by Chris Upright and Dhiru Patel of Colliers International.

A 420 sq m retail outlet at 85 Beach Road in Auckland’s CBD has sold vacant for $1,180,000 through Phil Haydock and Jean-Paul Smit of Bayleys Auckland.
