Developer’s Beach Rd buy
A 1032 sq m SMA2 zoned site at 151 Beach Rd in central Auckland, featured in Bayleys’ latest Total Property portfolio has been sold to a developer by Nigel McNeill and Colin McKenna of Bayleys Auckland for $6.8 million at $6589 per sq m. The property which has high rise development potential up to 50 metres, sold with a holding income from its current two-level building of $278,212.
Grey Lynn building auctioned
A 473 sq m two level building on a 368 sq m Mixed Use zoned site at 6 Maidstone St, Grey Lynn, attracted five bidders at auction before selling under the hammer with vacant possession through Cameron Melhuish for $2,480,000. Also featured in Bayleys’ Total Property portfolio, it has warehousing on the ground floor with a large residence above.
